Over the years, what started as a dream of having a business with the main goal of being able
to help our poor artisans have a stable employment, be self sufficient and at the same time
using all natural, sustainable and eco-friendly materials has become a reality.
Eco-Friendly Market now has now over 1,500 artisans, families and office personnel working
directly at the production branch office in the Philippines. Having our own skilled craftsmen and
personnel gives the best opportunities for both the company, its clients and the workers.

Andrew Patrick Boyle, bring in his excellent educational background in Bachelors Degree in
Applied Physics and Electronics Engineering (at University of California Irvine).
Although Andrew's main studies is about sciences, one of his major knowledge is probability
which plays a major role in business.
Andrew is currently in charge of the major company's structure which includes planning,and
project analysis.
In his free time, Andrew loves to go mountain climbing, explore nature by visiting different
tropical countries and spend time with his family.
Aimee Maslog-Boyle, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in
Business Economics and Accounting, bring in her financial knowledge to the company.
She is currently working as Marketing and Product Development Manager. Her love for creating
new designs using natural materials give her the opportunity to work with the artisans directly.
Aimee's free time is spending time with her family, going to the beach and cooking for friends
and family.
Theodman Michael Maslog, Director of Operations (Philippines production facility and office)
manages the company's over-all production and finances overseas. Michael has finished his
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Two of his main staff are Leah and Jun who has
over 20 years experience in the handicraft, exporting and manufacturing industry.
